English (TURNIP PUDDING WITH PRESERVED MEAT):
turnips (peeled and julienne) 2.25kg – 2.7kg
Chinese pork sausages (deiced) 3
dried preserved pork (deiced) ½ piece
cooked dried black mushrooms (diced) 5
dried shrimps (soaked till soft, diced) 2 tbsps
rice flour 400g
white sesame (browned in a dry wok) 2 tbsp
finely chopped spring onion 1 tbsp

Indonesia (MASAKAN KUE WORTEL PUTIH):
2,25 KG-2,7 KG LOBAK PUTIH(DIKUPAS KULITNYA DAN DIPARUT)
3 BUAH SOSIS CINA (DIPOTONG PETAK KECIL)
1/2 POTONG DAGING BABI ASINAN(DIPOTONG PETAK KECIL)
5 BUAH JAMUR HITAM (YANG TELAH DIREBUS,POTONG PETAK)
2 SENDOK MAKAN UDANG KERING (DIRENDAM DAN POTONG PETAK)
400 GR TEPUNG GANDUM
2 SENDOK MAKAN WIJEN YANG TELAH DIGONGSENG
1 SENDOK MAKAN CINCANGAN DAUN BAWANG
調味料:
SEASONING:
salt 1 tsp
chicken stock powder 1 tsp
pepper a little
raw cane sugar ½ bar
調味料:
1茶匙
雞粉 1茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
片糖 半塊
BUMBU:
1 SENDOK MAKAN GARAM
1 SENDOK MAKAN TEPUNG AYAM
SEDIKIT TEPUNG MERICA
1/2 POTONG GULA MERAH TEBU
作法:
English:
1. Cook turnip in a wok without oil. Add all seasoning in. Cook until the turns transparent and watery. Switch the stove off. Put turnip on a plate.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok. Add diced sausage, preserved pork, mushrooms and shrimps. Stir fry for a while. Put this mixture into the cooked turnip from (1).
3. Add rice flour bit by bit into the turnip mixture. Stir well unit it’s a smooth and heavy cream consistency.
4 Pour this batter into a greased steaming tray. Steam in a steamer for 45 minutes on high heat.
5 Sprinkle sesame and spring onion on top. Serve.

1. 用白鑊煮蘿蔔絲,加調味料,待蘿蔔絲透明、出水後,關火,置一旁。
2. 用1湯匙油爆香蠟腸、蠟肉、冬菇和蝦米,將其倒入(1)內。
3. 粘米粉逐少倒入(1)中,攪勻成糊狀。
4 將(3)倒入己抹油之蒸盆內,猛火蒸火45分鐘即成。
5 取出後灑上芝蔴及葱花。.
CARA MEMASAK:
1. LOBAK PUTIH DIMASAK DI DALAM WAJAN TANPA MINYAK.TAMBAHKAN SEMUA BUMBU.MASAK SAMPAI WARNANYA MENJADI JERNIH DAN BANYAK AIRNYA,MATIKAM KOMPOR,TARUH CAMPURAN LOBAK DI ATAS PIRING.
2. PANASKAN 1 SENDOK MAKAN MINYAK DI DALAM WAJAN,CAMPURKAN SOSIS,DAGING BABI,JAMUR DAN UDANG KERING.MASAK SEBENTAR KEMUDIAN CAMPURKAN ADONAN INI DENGAN LOBAKNYA.
3. MASUKKAN TEPUNG GANDUM DAN ADUK SAMPAI RATA .
4 TUANG CAMPURAN ADONAN INI KE DALAM TALAM DAN DISTIM SELAMA 45 MENIT.
5 TABURKAN WIJEN DAN DAUN BAWANG DI ATASNYA.HIDANGKAN
