材料:
English (STEAMED EGG WHITE WITH SEAFOOD):
cup egg white ½ cup
fresh milk ½ cup
chicken broth ¾ cup
Seafood:
mixed seafood (prawns, fish fillet, squid, rtc.) 150 g
green peas, parboiled 2 tbsp
diced carrot , parboiled 2 tbsp
clove garlic, sliced 1
spring onion, sectioned 1 stalk
Indoensia: Bahan A;
telur putih ditaruh sedikit garam ½ cangkir
susu segar ½ cangkir
sup ayam ¾ cangkir
Makanan laut B;
udang ,daging ikan,sotong 150 gr
kacang kapri sedikit
potongan wortel sedikit
putih cincang bawang
potongan daun bawang sedikit
garam,gula ,tepung masina sedikit
調味料:
English: Seasonings A (eggs)
salt 1/3 tsp
Seasonings B (seafood)
salt 1/3 tsp
a pinch of sugar
cornstarch ½ tsp
Sauce :
water ¾ cup
light soya sauce 2 tsp
sugar ½ tsp
cornstarch 1 ½ tsp
sesame oil and pepper A little
Saus:
-3/4 cangkir air,2 sendok makan kecap asin,gula sedikit ,tepung masina.minyak wijen dan tepung merica.
作法:
English:
1. 1.Mix egg white, fresh milk and chicken broth with seasoning (A).
2. 2.Rinse and trim seafood, mix with seasoning(B).
3. 3.Pour egg white mixture into a deep dish,cover and steam over simmering water until set(approx. 10 depending on the depth of the egg white custard.)
4. 4.In the meantime, heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, sauté garlic and spring onion, add seafood amd toss until cooked. Add sauce, bring to a boil until it thickens.
5. 5.Pour over steamed egg white custard and serve.
Indonesia:
1. 1.campur semua bahan A dalam piring lalu tutup kemudian distim kira kira 10 menit.
2. 2 Lalu .Masak bahan B campurkam stim telu di atasnya lalu dihidangkan.
