FISH FILLET WITH PINE NUTS  
 
材料:
English:
Fish fillet (sole fillet) 1 tb(450g)
Egg 1
Cornflour 1 cup
Green pepper, chilli and carrot, finely diced each 1 tbsp
Garlic, chopper 2 tsp
Pine nuts, toasted 1 tael (40g)
Indesia:
IKAN TANPA TULANG 1 PON (450g)
TELUR 1
TEPUNG 1 GELAS
CABE HIJAU CINCANG 1 SDM
CABE CINCANG 1 SDM
WORTEL 1 SDM
BAWANG PUTIH CINCANG 2 SDT
KACANG SANGRAI 1 TAEL (40g)
Marinade:(fish fillet)
English:
Salte, sugar and chicken powder ½ tsp
Cornflour 2 tsp
Sesame oil and pepper a little
Egg white 2 tbsp
RENDAMAN:(IKAN TANPA TULANG)
Indonesia:
GARAM, GULA DAN BUBUK AYAM SETIAPNYA ½ SDT
TEPUNG 2 SDT
MINYAK WIJEN DAN LADA KIRA-2
PUTIH TELUR 2 SDM

Water ¾ cup
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar 1 ½ tbs
Cornflour ½ tbsp
Colouring, optional
Indonesia:
AIR ¾ GELAS
CUKA PUTIH 2 SDM
SAUS TOMAT 2 SDM
GARAM ½ SDT
GULA 1½ SDM
TEPUNG ½ SDM
PEWARNA BILA PERLU
作法:
English:
1. Rinse and wipe dry fish fillet, cut into 2x 2 inches (5x5 cm), cut criss-cross on the meat, mix with marinade and leave aside for 15 minutes.
2. Cut all vegetables into small cubes, toast pine nuts.
3. Dip fish fillet in beaten egg and then in cornflour.
4. Deep-fry in ½ wok of medium-hot oil until golden in colour, remove and drain. Fry for the second time. Remove to a plate.
5. Heat 1 tablespoon oil, stir –fry diced vegetables and garlic, add sauce and bring to the boil. Add pine nuts and mix together.
6. Pour over fried fish fillet and serve.

5. PANASKAN 1 SDM MINYAK, GORENG POTONGAN SAYUR DAN BAWANG PUTIH, CAMPURKAN SAUS MASAK SAMPAI MENDIDIH. CAMPURKAN KACANG DAN CAMPUR BERSAMA
6. SIRAMKAN DIATAS IKAN TANPA TULANG LALU SAJIKAN
