材料:
English (Braised Sea Cucumber with Abalone Mushroom):
soaked sea cucumber (發透海參) 240 grams
abalone mushroom (白靈菇) ½ can
slices (薑片) 4 ginger
spring onion (葱) 2 stalks
shanghai cabbage (小棠菜) 320 grams
調味料:
Sauce:
water 250 ml
chicken powder 1 teaspoon
dark soy sauce ½ teaspoon
sugar ½ teaspoon
oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
pepper pinch
sesame oil dashes
cornstarch 1 tablespoon
Seasoning:
water 300ml
chicken powder 1 teaspoon
cooking wine 1 tablespoon
pepper pinch
Indonesia Saos:
air 250 ml
teh tepung perasa ayam 1 sendok
teh kecap kental 1 sendok
teh gula 1/2 sendok
makan saos tiram 1 sendok
tepung merica Sedikit
minyak wijen Sedikit
makan tepung jagung 1 sendok
Seasoning:
water 300ml
chicken powder 1 teaspoon
cooking wine 1 tablespoon
pepper pinch
作法:
English:
1. Wash and cut the sea cucumber into cubes, parboil in boiling water; drain.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and sauté ginger and spring onion, add sea cucumber and seasoning, boil for 5 minutes, leave to soak and then drain.
3. Cut the abalone mushrooms into thin slices.
4 Cut the shanghai cabbage in half, parboil in boiling water with 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon sugar; drain and arrange on a plate.
5 Heat 2 tablespoons oil, fry the sea cucumber and abalone mushrooms. Sprinkle with cooking wine, add sauce and cook until thickened. Pour over the cabbage and serve hot.
Indonesia
1. Cuci dan potong petak timun laut dan rebus sebentar lalu angkat.
2. Panaskan 1 sendok makan minyak dan masak jahe ,daun bawang.Masukkan timun laut dan bumbu,Masak selama 5 menit, dan angkat.
3. Potong tipis jamur tiram.
4 Potong dua sayur putih shanghai dan rebus dalam air panas ditambah dengan 1 sendok makan minyak,1 sendok teh garam dan 1/2 sendok teh gula,angkat dan letakkan/atur di atas piring.
5 Panaskan 1 sendok makan minyak ,Masukkan timun laut dan jamur tiram.Tambahkan sedikit arak ,tambahkan saos dan masak sampai kental.
