材料:
English (Stir-Fried Glutinous Rice Cake with Shredded Pork) :
glutinous rice cake (上海年糕) 200 grams
lean pork (瘦肉) 80 grams
bamboo shoots (冬筍) 40 grams
snow cabbage (雪菜) 40 grams
chili (紅椒) ¼ piece
ginger (薑) 1 slice
Indonesia (Masakan kue Shanghai dengan daging babi):
kue bakul shanghai (irisan) 200 grams
daging babi yang tidak ada lemaknya 80 grams
bambu muda 40 grams
sayur asinan cina “sut choi” 40 grams
cabe 1/4 potong
jahe 1 irisan
調味料:
Seasoning for pork:
water 150 ml
chicken powder 1 teaspoon
sugar ¼ teaspoon
light soya sauce 1 teaspoon
pepper A little
sesame oil dash
Indonesia:
Bumbu untuk daging babi:
air 150 ml
teh tepung ayam 1 sendok
teh gula 1/4 sendok
teh kecap asin 1 sendok
Sedikit tepung merica dan minyak wijen
作法:
English:
1. Rinse pork and cut into strips, mix with seasoning and marinade for 10 minutes.
2. Soak snow cabbage in water; drain and dice. Cut the bamboo shoots, chili and ginger slice respectively into julienne.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, add pork, glutinous rice cake and other ingredients, fry well. Add all ingredients for the sauce and cover with lid for a few minutes. To finish, add a little extra oil and stir-fry until the sauce is dried. Dish up.
Indonesia:
1. Cuci daging babi dan potong irisan memanjang,capurkan dengan bumbu perasa dan biarkan selama 10 menit.
2. Rendam sayur asinan cina “sut choi” dalam air Cuci dan tiriskan,Potong bamboo muda,cabe,jahe.
3. Panaskan 2 sendok makan minyak .Masukkan kue bakul shanghai dan semua bahan yang lain,masak.Tambahkan semua saos dan tutup beberapa menit.Terakhir,tambahkan sedikit minyak dan mask sampai agak kering airnya. Hidangan
